RESOLUTION ON EXTENTION IN INDUSTRIAL RELATION ORDINANCE 2011 (NO. V OF 2011) FOR FURTHER PERIOD OF 120 DAYS W.E.F. 15TH NOVEMBER, 2011

I intend to move a Resolution under rule 170A of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the National Assembly, 2007.

"That the National Assembly resolves to extend the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 2011 (No. V of 2011) for a further period of one hundred and twenty days w.e.f. 15th November, 2011 under proviso to sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of cluase (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan."
