The National Assembly shall meet on the twenty-first day following the day on which a general election to the Assembly is held (May 11, 2013), unless sooner summoned by the President. [Article 91(2)]

CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE

A member may, after question of privilege and adjournment motion, if any, with the previous permission of the Speaker, call the attention of a Minister to any matter of urgent public importance and the Minister may make a brief statement or ask for time to make a statement at a later hour or date.
