Islamabad 12th July, 2014: The Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has strongly condemned Israeli atrocities against the Palestinian civilians in Gaza. He urged the International Community to instantaneously act to stop Israel’s unilateral strikes killing innocent Palestinians.

 

He urged upon the United Nations to take cognizance of situation in occupied territory and take steps for bringing an end to the blatant human right violations being committed by Israel. He called for an impartial investigation into the brutal killing of unarmed Palestinians by Israeli zealots bringing the perpetrators to justice. 

 

The Speaker said that the Government and people of Pakistan have always supported the Palestinian’s unalienable right of a free and independent State. He said that Pakistan would continue its unwavering support till realization of an independent Palestinian state. "History will not forgive us if we do not play our collective role in stopping these atrocities", he added.
