Islamabad, 02nd February, 2021; a meeting of the Standing Committee on National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination was held in Committee Room No.7, Parliament House,  Islamabad under the Chairmanship of Hon. Khalid Hussain Magsi, MNA.

The Committee do not satisfy with the reply/report submitted by Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and showed its displeasure on the absence of its President and vice president, which shows the lack of importance towards the Parliamentary Business.

The Chairman along with Members of the Committee convene an urgent meeting of the Standing Committee on the same agenda on 04-02-2021 and directed that President and vice president of PMC should ensure their presence in the meeting of the Committee to be held on 02nd-February, 2021. Later on The Committee Members walk out in protest.

Members/MNAs namely, Mr. Jai Parkash, Mr. Khurram Shahzad Nawaz, Dr. Nosheen Hamid, Dr. Seemi Bokhari, Ms. Fouzia Behram, Ms. Aliya Hamza Malik, Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad Malik, Dr. Samina Matloob, Dr. Darshan, Mr. Mahesh Kumar Malani, Dr. Shazia Sobia Aslam Soormro, Mr. Ramesh Lal, Ms. Shams-un-Nisa and representatives of Ministry and attached department attended the meeting.
