Islamabad: April  05, 2017: Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker and Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Acting Speaker, National Assembly have expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in blast in a wagon carrying Census Team at Badian Road,  Lahore today.

In their separate statements the Speaker and the Acting Speaker sympathized with bereaved families and paid homage to martyrs.  They prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed souls in eternal peace and grant strength and courage to bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with equanimity they also prayed for the early recovery of injured and asked the concern authorities to provide best medical facilities to them.
