Islamabad: May 6, 2016:  The Deputy Speaker National Assembly Murtaza Javed Abbasi, will proceed to Philippines tomorrow on a three days visit along with two member Parliamentary delegation to observe general election being held in Philippines.  The Delegation will comprise of members of the National Assembly Syed Naveed Qamar and Dr. Arif Alvi besides Deputy Speaker National Assembly. 

The Deputy Speaker and members of the Delegation would observe the general election apart from meeting with the political hierarchy of Philippines and Pakistani expatriates. The  Pakistani delegation is undertaking this visit on the invitation of Philippines Government.
