NA Speaker and Deputy Speaker Condole on the Sad Demise of Rai Mansab Ali Khan, MNA

Islamabad January 14, 2015: Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker and Mr. Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Deputy Speaker National Assembly of Pakistan have condoled the passing away of Member National Assembly Rai Mansab Ali Khan. He was born on September 15, 1938 in Nankana Sahib and completed his law degree from University of the Punjab in 1960. He was elected MNA from NA-137 (Nankana Sahib-III) in General Election 2013.
 
In their separate condolence messages, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker expressed their deep sense of grief and sorrow over the sad demise. They said that he was a seasoned politician and during his tenure as legislator, he had rendered valuable contributions in Legislative Business.
 
 "His services for promotion of democracy and supremacy of Constitution in the country will be remembered for a long time to come,'' they said. They prayed Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant the courage and strength to his bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with equanimity.
