Islamabad, 26 August 2026: Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has expressed profound grief, sorrow and anguish over the death of 15 newborn babies in a fire that broke out in the nursery ward of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad.

 

In his condolence message, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq described the tragic loss of innocent newborn babies as an extremely distressing, heartbreaking and irreparable tragedy. He said that the loss of their beloved children was an immense sorrow for the bereaved parents and expressed solidarity with the bereaved parents and their families in this hour of profound anguish.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq expressed his heartfelt condolences, sympathy and solidarity with the parents and families of the deceased newborns. He said that the entire nation was deeply saddened by this heartbreaking tragedy and stood with the bereaved families in this difficult hour.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that the tragic loss of innocent lives had left the entire nation deeply grieved. He expressed his heartfelt sympathy with the affected families and prayed that Allah Almighty may bless the departed children with a place in His infinite mercy and grant the bereaved parents and families strength, courage and patience to bear this irreparable loss. اسلام آباد، 26 اگست 2026: اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی سردار ایاز صادق نے پاکستان انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف میڈیکل سائنسز, اسلام آباد (پمز) کے نرسری وارڈ میں آتشزدگی کے باعث 15 نومولود بچوں کے جاں بحق ہونے پر گہرے دکھ، رنج اور افسوس کا اظہار کیا ہے۔

 

اپنے تعزیتی بیان میں اسپیکر سردار ایاز صادق نے کہا کہ معصوم نومولود بچوں کی المناک ہلاکت کا واقعہ انتہائی افسوسناک اور دلخراش سانحہ ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اپنے جگر گوشوں کی جدائی والدین کے لیے عظیم صدمہ ہے، اور اس دکھ کی گھڑی میں غمزدہ والدین اور اہلخانہ کے دکھ میں برابر کے شریک ہیں۔

 

اسپیکر سردار ایاز صادق نے جاں بحق نومولود بچوں کے والدین اور اہلخانہ سے دلی تعزیت، ہمدردی اور یکجہتی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پوری قوم اس دلخراش سانحے پر افسردہ ہے اور دکھ کی اس گھڑی میں غمزدہ خاندانوں کے ساتھ کھڑی ہے۔

 

اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی سردار ایاز صادق نے کہا کہ معصوم بچوں کے ساتھ پیش آنے والے اس المناک واقعہ نے ہر دل کو سوگوار کر دیا ہے۔ انہوں نے متاثرہ خاندانوں کے ساتھ دلی ہمدردی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا کی کہ وہ جاں بحق بچوں کو اپنی جوارِ رحمت میں جگہ عطا فرمائے اور غمزدہ والدین و اہلخانہ کو اس ناقابلِ تلافی صدمے کو برداشت کرنے کے لیے ہمت، حوصلہ اور صبرِ جمیل عطا فرمائے۔
