In-House Training Regime

The Secretary, National Assembly, Mr. Saeed Ahmad Maitla, distributed certificates of participation among the participants of the In-House Training Programme for HRM Wing (Batch-II), which was conducted from 2nd to 28th February, 2026 (four weeks) at Parliament House, Islamabad.
A total of 32 officials from the HRM Wing participated in the training programme, which was organized by the Training Branch of the National Assembly Secretariat. The programme was part of a structured initiative aimed at professional development and capacity building of HRM Wing employees.
The comprehensive training programme was designed to equip officials with in-depth knowledge of the National Assembly Secretariat Employees Act, 2018, the rules framed thereunder, and the Civil Servants Act, 1973. It also aimed at strengthening the participants’ understanding of the administrative frameworks governing the functioning of the National Assembly.
