Islamabad, February 17, 2026: Speaker National Assembly of Pakistan, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has extended heartfelt congratulations to the leadership and people of the People’s Republic of China on the occasion of the Chinese New Year.

 

In his felicitation message, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq conveyed his warm wishes to President Xi Jinping and the Chinese nation, expressing hope that the new year will bring continued peace, prosperity, and development to China. He also extended his congratulations to his Chinese counterpart, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Mr. Zhao Leji.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq stated that Pakistan and China share an enduring relationship rooted in mutual trust and strategic partnership, which continues to strengthen with the passage of time. He expressed confidence that the new year will further enhance parliamentary exchanges, economic cooperation, and people-to-people ties between the two countries.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq emphasized that the Parliament of Pakistan deeply values its friendly relations with China and regards this partnership as a cornerstone of regional stability and progress. Highlighting the significance of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq noted that the project represents a transformative initiative for regional development and prosperity, and its completion will usher in a new era of economic growth and improved living standards for the people of the region.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq further acknowledged China’s consistent support for Pakistan at regional and international forums and described China as a steadfast friend that has always stood by Pakistan.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq expressed sincere wishes for the continued success, progress, and well-being of the Chinese people and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening the time-tested Pakistan-China friendship.

اسلام آباد، 17 فروری، 2026؛اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی سردار ایاز صادق نے چین کے نئے سال کے موقع پر چین کی قیادت اور عوام کو دلی مبارکباد پیش کی ہے۔ اپنے تہنیتی پیغام میں اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی نے چینی صدر شی جن پنگ، نیشنل پیپلز کانگریس (NPC) کی قائمہ کمیٹی کے چیئرمین، زاؤ لیجی اور چینی عوام کے لیے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ نیا سال چین کے لیے امن، ترقی اور خوشحالی کا سال ثابت ہو گا۔

 

اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی نے کہا کہ پاکستان اور چین کے درمیان تعلقات باہمی اعتماد اور اسٹریٹجک شراکت داری پر مبنی ہیں، جو ہر گزرتے وقت کے ساتھ مزید مستحکم ہو رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے اس امید کا اظہار کیا کہ نیا سال دونوں ممالک کے درمیان پارلیمانی روابط، اقتصادی تعاون اور عوامی سطح پر تعلقات کو مزید فروغ دے گا۔

 

اسپیکر سردار ایاز صادق نے چینی عوام کی کامیابی اور مسلسل ترقی کے لیے نیک تمناؤں کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پاکستان کی پارلیمان چین کے ساتھ اپنے دوستانہ تعلقات کو قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ دونوں ممالک کے مابین قائم دوستی ہر گزرتے دن کے ساتھ مزید مضبوط اور مستحکم ہوتی جا رہی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاک-چین اقتصادی راہداری منصوبہ خطے کی ترقی اور خوشحالی کا منصوبہ ہے اس منصوبے کی تکمیل سے خطے میں ترقی اور خوشحالی کے نئے دور کا آغاز ہو گا جس سے عوام کے معیار زندگی میں مزید بہتری آئے گی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ چین پاکستان کے دکھ سکھ کا ساتھی ہے۔چین نے ہر مشکل وقت میں پاکستان کا ساتھ دیا۔چین نے علاقائی اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر ہمیشہ پاکستان کے موقف کی تائید کی ہے۔انہوں نے کہا پاکستان چین کے ساتھ اپنی سد بہار دوستی پر فخر محسوس کرتا ہے۔
