Special Achievement / Awards:
First Women Designer to become a Member of Parliament in the world. Recipient of the Best Women Entrepreneur Award by Ch. Muhammad Akram Center for Entrepreneurship Development. Had the honor of representing Pakistan in number of Trade Fairs, Delegations and Exhibitions throughout the world. Currently has her franchises in London, Toronto and Amritsar, India (First women of Pakistan exporting via Wagha to India) and plans to open up new outlets in Dubai, Manchester, New York and Milan very soon. Has been an instrumental figure in enterprise development for women entrepreneurs in Pakistan. Has been a key supporter and promoter of the work of highly gifted Craft Women of South Punjab and is in process of designing and implementing numerous programs in this regards with the help of Government and Non-Government Organizations.
