NA Speaker and Acting Speaker Condemn Suicidal Attack at Zarghoon Road in Quetta

Islamabad: January 9, 2018; Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Acting Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi have condemned the suicidal attack near GPO Chowk at Zarghoon road Quetta and expressed heartfelt grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives.

In their separate statements, the Speaker and Acting Speaker termed it a barbaric and shameful act of terrorism and said that the elements involved in such activities were the enemies of the country. They said that such shameful acts could not deter the firm resolve of the Government against terrorism.  They were confident that the culprits involved in such activities will not be spared and will be brought to justice.

They prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the souls of martyred in eternal peace and sympathized with bereaved families and also prayed for early recovery of injured.
