Islamabad: March 7, 2017; Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker National Assembly will preside over a meeting of the Leaders of the Parliamentary Parties in the National Assembly and the Senate scheduled to be held on 8th March 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Constitution Room (Old Committee Room No.5), 2nd Floor, Parliament House, Islamabad, will now be held on Thursday 9th March 2017 at 11.30 a.m. in the Constitution Room (Old Committee Room No.5), 2nd Floor, Parliament House, Islamabad.

The Government and the other Parliamentary leaders has requested the Speaker National Assembly to give one more day to the Parliamentary Parties to examine and come up with proposals with regards to the drafts of the Constitution (Amendments) Bill, 2017 and the Pakistan Army (Amendments) Bill, 2017 which have already been forwarded to the other Parliamentary leaders by the Parliamentary leader of the Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians.
