Islamabad: June 26, 2015: Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker and Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Deputy Speaker, National Assembly have congratulated Fida Muhammad Nashad and Jaffarullah Khan on their unopposed election as Speaker and Deputy Speaker of Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly,  respectively.

In their separate congratulatory messages to Fida Muhammad Khan Nashad and Jaffarullah Khan the Speaker and Deputy Speaker said that their unopposed election as Speaker and Deputy Speaker of GB Legislative Assembly was an evidence of trust and confidence of leadership and members of GB Legislative Assembly reposed in them. They expressed the hope that under their sagacious leadership GB Legislative Assembly would play more active role to strengthen the democratic norms and institutions in the Gilgit Baltistan. The Speaker and Deputy Speaker prayed for their success.
