Islamabad; February 18, 2015: Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker and Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Deputy Speaker, National Assembly have condemned the Suicide Attack near Imambargah in Kurri Road Rawalpindi and expressed heartfelt grief and sorrow of the loss of precious lives.

In their separate statements, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker termed this attack barbaric and shameful act of terrorism. They said that the elements involved in such activities were the enemies of humanity and the country. They said that miscreants wanted to sabotage the peace of the country but they cannot succeed in their nefarious design.

The Speaker and Deputy Speaker asked the Law Enforcing Agencies to arrest the miscreants involved in this heinous act and bring them to justice. They prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the souls of martyred in eternal peace and sympathized with bereaved families and also prayed for early recovery of injured.
