NA Speaker and Deputy Speaker Condemn the bomb blast attack at Imamia Mosque in Peshawar

Islamabad: February 13, 2015: Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker and Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Deputy Speaker National Assembly have strongly condemned the bomb blast at Imamia Mosque Hayatabad, Peshawar, today causing loss of precious lives.
In their separate statements, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker termed it a barbaric and shameful act of terrorism. They said that the elements involved in such activities were enemies of the country and religion. They said that no religion of the world permitted to attack on the worship places. They said that government was determined to eliminate extremism and terrorism from the country and such cowardice acts of terrorism could not deter it from its firm resolve.

They expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and sympathized with bereaved families. They were confident that the culprits involved in this heinous act will not be spared and will be brought to justice. They prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the souls of martyred in eternal peace and for early recovery of injured. They asked for provision of best medical facilities to the injured.
