Ambassador Czech Republic Meets Speaker NA

Islamabad August 21, 2014: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has underlined the need to strengthen existing relations between Pakistan and Czech Republic through enhancing parliamentary interaction. He said that regular interaction at executive, parliamentary and business community would cement the existing bonds. The Speaker was talking to Mr. Miroslav Krenek, Ambassador of Czech Republic in Parliament House, this afternoon.

The Speaker said that regular interaction at parliamentary level would help parliamentarians from either side to share experiences and exchange views. He said that immense economic potential exists in Pakistan which could be utilized by Czech Businessmen for mutual benefit of both the Nations. He asked the Ambassador to arrange interaction between Czech and Pakistan businessmen so that they could explore economic opportunities.

The Ambassador Mr. Miroslav Krenek agreed with the Speaker and said that regular interaction between both sides would augment the existing bilateral relations. He said that he would facilitate interaction of Czech and Pakistani Businessmen for enhancing economic cooperation. He said that parliamentary diplomacy could bring both the countries more closer.  He also presented a letter of invitation from Chairman, Chamber of Deputies, Czech Republic to visit Prague which the Speaker accepted.
