Islamabad: July 4, 2014; Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker National Assembly visited Masjid-e-Nabavi, Madina Munawara and offered Salam at the Roza Rasool (Peace Be Upon Him) early Thursday, according to a message received from Saudi Arabia.

He offered Nawafil at the Riazul Jannat, Masjid-e-Nabavi and prayed for the prosperity and progress of Pakistan and its people. The Speaker also joined Pakistanis and other people at Iftar at the Masjid-e-Nabavi.

Later, he offered Namaz e Taraveeh at Masjid-e-Nabavi along with President Mamnoon Hussain and participated in Dua.

The Speaker will proceed to Makkah Muazzama today where he will perform Umrah. He will also offer Juma Prayer at Masjid al Harram.
